Egy reggel kezem, hiába kereste kezed, nem találta.
Sajnos a sors, mást szánt, Te elmentél, Én itt maradtam.
Te a menybe, Én a földön, pedig azt ígérted, örökre fogod a kezem.

Minden éjjel álmomba velem vagy, fogod a kezem.
S azt suttogod, szeretsz, soha nem engeded el.
Az ébredés fájdalmas,hiába keresi kezem, kezed nem találja.

Szemem könnyes, mert nem fogod kezem.
De amint el jön az éj, álmomba újra fogod a kezem.
S megértem, hogy Te sose engedted el, csak szemem nem lát,
kezem nem érinthet, de azért itt vagy, fogod a két kezem.
Ahogy ígérted, soha nem engedted el, éjjel, nappal fogod a kezem.
