Presentation
Online, free, international and truly multiplayer game, Native Kingdoms blends styles and simultaneously offers a role-playing, management, strategy and policy game.
It is part, along with the Renaissance Kingdoms and Shogun Kingdoms, of a vast ensemble called "de gloria regni". This set of three games, all of which take place at the same time, communicate with each other to form a vast world, from Japan to the Aztec Empire and Europe.
go and explore the world if you dare.
As well as to say it right away: if you're looking for bloody fights or state-of-the-art 3D sets, then it's not necessarily Native Kingdoms that will meet your expectations.
Translated into 10 languages, the fundamental driver of Native Kingdoms is interaction between players: in this game, if you want to progress in the hierarchy or become an influential, then you will have to discuss, convince, to talk, to talk... in short, it's a rich and complex game, that puts human relations at the heart of everything.
A rich and complex game
In Native Kingdoms, you play a vagabond, in the Central America of the Aztecs of the 15th century, in about forty years before the arrival of the terrible Conquistadores. It is up to you to progress in the social ladder, and through perseverance, you will be climbing one by one ladder and will be able to participate actively in the political life of the Empire.
All the characters you're going to meet are players like you: the carpenter, the baker from whom you buy your pancakes, the miller who produces flour, the travelling merchant who imports corn from the other end of the empire... and even the city administrator, the treasurer of your province, the judge, the army commander or the Emperor.
There is no "Non-playable character" here, all possible freedoms are left to the players, including the wrong roles: brigands, pirates, agioteurs, plotters of all kinds.
From prick farming to Aztec geostrategy
This vast world extends to the heart of Central America, where the Aztec civilization was born.
You can take the road, alone or in a group, to go and drink pulque, trade or warrior. But keep abreast of the political situation of the provinces you are going through, and the ongoing conflicts: by chance on a battlefield is a rather inadvisable experience.
To be offered as a sacrifice by the local high priest as well...
But maybe these adventures aren't for you?
Perhaps you are rather ambitious to earn a living by exploiting your fields and raising animals, or by making rare objects for trade between the different provinces (jewellery, local drinks, etc.).
And why not open a tavern, or make a fortune in commerce?
The money earned could allow you, for example, to fund an election campaign to become the leader of your clan or simply to live a happy life without leaving your village.
