Baptism in the Renaissance Kingdoms is strictly roleplay and managed by the Roman Aristotelian Church. There is no ingame function for it.
The best way for your character to be baptised is to contact the parish priest of their village, or if that does not work or is not possible, to contact their bishop at the cathedral.
