The editor-in-chief is the person in charge of running the KAP agency in his or her country.

He/She is appointed by the game's administrators after having submitted his candidacy to the editors-in-chief of the other countries.

Like the other editors, he can from his office:

  • Write an article
  • View published articles
  • View articles awaiting approval
  • Resign

But he/she can also :

  • manage the contracts of editors on hold:
    • read their CVs sent when they applied
    • accept their applications
    • refuse their applications
  • manage the contracts of editors on contract:
    • consult the number of days remaining on their contract
    • send them back
  • manage unpublished articles sent by editors with 4 different options:
    • consult
    • modify
    • publish
    • reject

The Editor-in-chief ensures that the KAP is dynamic and complies with the Charter of the KAP.

Note:

  • Details of the actions of the editor-in-chief are given in his office.
  • It is possible for an agency to be run by two associate editors.
  • The editor-in-chief has no control over automatic dispatches.
  • He is not paid for the dispatches that he approves. Only their authors are paid.
